Weekly Stories: Putin brings China's Great Firewall to Russia in cybersecurity pact

Russia wants to implement some features from The great Firewall into their Red Web. This would be so that their regulated internet so that they can further regulate what they would want. They have already had a chance to speak with Huaweii which is a telecom that operates in China. So therefore this would mean that Russia might try and make sure that their internet is considered safe from their government's point of view.

In my opinion i think that this is wrong as this would restrict an audience from being exposed to all possible views on a story. This would be because of the Red Web possibly restricting some views that isn't considered safe. This would be because of the fact that the government may see something as unsafe and so would therefore remove it. This shouldn't really be good but this may be because of the freedom that the west may have in comparison to eastern countries and their regulations on certain topics.
